How long does it take to receive my bottle?

Delivery times for your bottle depend on your location and generally range between 1 and 10 business days. Here's a breakdown of the estimated delivery times by region:

1–3 Business Days: Belgium, Germany, Luxembourg, Netherlands

2–6 Business Days: Austria, Denmark, Finland, France, Ireland, Italy, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, the United Kingdom, and other European Union countries

3–10 Business Days: United States, Japan, and most other international destinations

Can I track my shipping order?

Is shipping free?

Yes, shipping is free on all orders of €250 or more, as well as on all 1.5-litre bottles, no matter the total checkout price. At EJDSA Whisky, we’re committed to helping you save. What happens if my bottle does not arrive, do you have a money back guarantee?

If your country is on our approved delivery list and your bottle doesn't arrive, we’ll issue a full refund—guaranteed.

Do you deliver to countries not listed in your shipping time line list?

If your country is not included in our shipping timeline, it doesn’t necessarily mean we can’t ship to you. Shipping alcohol internationally can be subject to varying restrictions and regulations depending on the destination. Do you offer discounts for bulk orders?

Yes, we offer discounted pricing on bulk orders for both our 1.5-litre and standard bottles. To qualify, a minimum order of 24 bottles is required for business purchases. Please note, for individual or personal use, many countries impose restrictions on the number of bottles that can be delivered at once. As a result, bulk discounts are exclusively available for business orders. To save money as an individual consumer, we recommend choosing our 1.5-liter bottle, which offers a 20% discount.
